The last 2 times i have had an appointment at The City Hospital Urology Dept in Nottingham i have had a long wait.
the first time-i was 30mins early-people arriving after me and others were going straight thro to the consultants-after a while we queried why to be told sorry the nurse was taking the files from the wrong end of the pile.
the second time again was 30mins early and was told there was a problem and was seen an hour late.
this is bad i had to get back to work-also concerns that my vehicle would be clamped as the car park ticket woild be out of time
I may change hospitals after this- in my opinion, it's not good enough
