(as the patient),

I went today to have steriod injections in my knees and in Rheumatology Day Unit. I have to say that the nurses there today made me feel so good. They are polite and friendly and happy women and it is so nice to have a positive experience in a hospital. I am afraid I can not remember the name of the lady that did the actual injection but she is so nice. There were also 2 ladies named Brenda and Jackie that were polite and friendly. The girls in the hollybank physio dept. helped me with a stick and were very smiley as well. They all have to be commended for making my experience a very pleasant one. (Cannock Chase Hospital).
