What I liked

I underwent Coronary Bypass surgery at the Heart Centre in John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, in September. Throughout the whole process, from initial assessment, to critical care and recovery, I found the level of treatment and care to be exceptional. Everyone, from consultant surgeon to ward cleaner showed friendliness, compassion and professionalism of the highest order. I feel that 30 years as a soldier have put me in a position to be able to judge closely and fairly, and I conclude that I would have extreme difficulty in finding anything reasonably critical to add. A splendid organisation which deserves the highest accolades....bravo!
