"Is there no one monitoring these staff?"

What a shambles at Chorley hospital. From my experience I feel there is no care or consideration for the patients. The noise at night and the constant laughing and joking between some of the staff was intolerable. Light are left on constantly and my daughter asked for a cup of tea or a drink of water and was told in a minute she waited 4 hours. I saw an old lady was crying because she had had a stroke and needed assistance to lie down no one came, yet one particular nurse would talk all night and laugh and joke with members of staff in a loud voice. Is there no one monitoring these nursing staff? What a shambles
