"i am disapointed with the follow up care..."

What I liked

i am disapointed with the follow up care, each time i have had to phone for a follow up appointment. I last saw the Dr on the 14.04.2010 and he told me i could have more steroid injections. Since then i have heard nothing. I have phoned once or twice a moth and someone on the line has taken a message, i even sent 2 emails last week and have still heard nothing. This is not acceptable! I am still in pain and am getting on help at all.

What could be improved

keep in touch with patients.

the treatment i recieved at first was good but because my knee never got better follow ups have been hard to get and follow up treatment even harder.
