About: University Dental Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Manchester dental hospital to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed.

Upon arrival at the reception the nurse and receptionist were both rude and impolite, so I decided there and then to cancel my appointment permanently with the Manchester dental hospital.

I have no desire to be referred to that place again. I would refuse any dental treatment or surgery from there.
