What I liked
I have been a patient here for several years, and have nothing but praise for them. Yes, the building is old and inconvenient.; the reception staff are often overloaded and sometimes seem rushed. I have phoned them on several occasions and havealways managed to get through. Clearly, they have long waiting lists, but this is because they're good at what they do! I've always found the clinical staff - nurses, audiologists and doctors - interested in me and what I say and wanting to do their best for me. Keep up the good work!
What could be improved
Reception staff sometimes rushed. Since many of the calls are apparently patients phoning to ask about opening times, clinic times, could this be provided on an automated telephone system?
