I recently attended Stepping Hill Hospital as a day care patient for a colonoscopy. Nervous and a bit embarrassed I was treated with lots of kindness and dignity. I suppose it was fairly routine stuff for the staff, but for me it was anything but.
Maintaining a positive approach and a smile does go a long way and all staff clearly understood this. Thanks for your care.
