"Some issues at Broomfield hospital"

I read the ratings on here for Broomfield and they are a total fantasy.

I have met very few staff who seem to have any concept at all about patient safety and there appears to be no active attempt by the trust to change that. In fact, the trust endorses the use of restraint by untrained staff.

The Datix (patient complaint database) system is bought into disrepute as there appears to be no follow up of recoded incidents and some staff use and abuse the Datix system to complain about parking.

Your ratings would have more credibility if they really reflected reality.
