What I liked

First class care from all staff involved in treatment. Clean wards & toilets. Good food.

What could be improved

Some patients have very little concern or respect for other patients and refuse to use their headphones when watching TV. Think the staff need to be firm with patients who refuse to consider others.

Anything else?

This hospital is very important to the residents of Enfield and we desperately need to keep this hospital open. Our borough is growing rapidly & it's vital that we keep our hospital. This hospital is far more important than yet another housing estate. Travelling to Barnet General or The North Middleex would be a very daunting experience for people without cars and would add extra stress and expense. It would be especially difficult for the elderly & sick.
