What could be improved

I liked the suggestion that I could book my appointment with the cardiology clinic on line, but when I tried to do so found that, despite entering my reference number and password, the site had no link to an appointment service. Now I have to telephone.

Anything else?

For goodness sake, if you are going to offer and online appointments service, make it easily accessible. Surely to do so would make the service cheaper and more efficient for both patient and NHS.
