"My daughter recently delivered her first..."

About: Fairfield General Hospital

What I liked

My daughter recently delivered her first baby at this hospital. The staff on delivery suite where excellent and my daughter was treadted well with dignity and respect.

What could be improved

The midwife on antenatal ward was rude and abrasive and deeply upset my daughter, and tried to hide behind my pet hate "hospital policy" I will be making an official complaint

The delivery rooms where small beyond belief and where down right dangerous in their miniscule proportions and lack of realiyl available equpment.

Anything else?

Had I visited the hospital prior to my daughter delivery I would not have "allowed" her to deliver at this hospital, I know this may sound strong as she is an adult, but at the end of the day she is "my child".

I am a healthcare professional working at another maternity unit so I feel I do have a good knowledge of what is and isn't acceptable.
