What I liked
Absolutely disgusting. I have been refered to this hospital for arthritis, a member of staff was rude and abusive and refered me to the complaints office. This is what our taxes are going too? Unbelievable. I still dont have an appointment.
What could be improved
Abonishment of clinical assesment service helpline. You would new technology would help things. staff need training if you going to invest in technology!
Anything else?
Yes. Customer service training is greatly needed especially in mile end hospital rheumatology clinic.
