What I liked

I received exemplary care at Wansbeck hospital following my admission as an emergency. the care was speedy and efficient but also compassionate. when one is in pain, consideration and support is so important. Without doubt I owe my life to the surgical team.

My six day post operative stay in ward 16 aided my recovery in so many ways. all the staff there work so well as a patient centred team. The standards of professional nursing care and the level of ward cleanliness were of the highest quality.

I pay tribute to all these front line staff who delivered to me such care and am greatly indebted to them all.
