What I liked

The A&E team on Friday evening provided exceptional professional care to me and I am eternally grateful. I was admitted in extreme pain and dealt with my situation swiftly in a most appropriate manner. I can only thank everyone involved in my treatment and management of pain - unfortunately this is not the first experience I have had but is far and away the best.

Anything else?

I would really appreciate if my comments could be circulated to the A& E team as I was unable to thank them in person.
