"Living in Canterbury, I was unwilling to..."

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

What I liked

Living in Canterbury, I was unwilling to travel to Margate - plus my procedure had been cancelled at K & C while I was tagged and gowned.. (Friday 13th) and dates had been subsequently changed three times.... all staff at Margate Day Surgery unit apologetic over situation { and a huge thanks to the person in the waiting lists office who was humourous and still professional}... and all the nurses, assistants, technicians, anaesthetists, and the consultant were friendly, polite, informative and supportive. I felt very safe and confident that all would be done well.

Time will tell if the action taken was successful, but I'm happy to be PR for this ward...

What could be improved

Told you needed a urine sample before I went for a final pee after nil by mouth since 7am
