What I liked
I have always being skeptical about the level of care available on the NHS (due to the adverse media coverage), so i use private alternatives (i don't use the NHS or visit my GP).
My Wife was referred to the ENT hospital in August and i was concerned about the possibility that some bureaucratic processes will delay her access to the right care in a timely manner.
I was wrong. The treatment we received, the attention, the dedication to duty and everything about the treatment and care was changed my preconceptions and was brilliant. It made me to look at things from another perspective. Now i intend to make donations to NHS charities regularly to augments the governments contribution, ensure the staff appropriately compensated for their commitment and to ensure the NHS is available and accessible to all
Thanks
