"I visited the Preoperative Assessment..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

What I liked

I visited the Preoperative Assessment unit at Castle Hill today. I was so very impressed by the way I was treated. Everything was conducted in such an organised, calm, timely and professional way. The nurses and administrative staff were so helpful and kind and left me feeling that I really mattered as a patient. I have, for many years, relied on BUPA etc for private health treatment but this time, using the NHS, I am really impressed by the service and almost looking forward to being admitted to this hospital next week for a routine hernia repair operation.

Well done you good people.

What could be improved

Can't think of one single thing - Apart from a bit cheaper parking tariffs.

Anything else?

No
