To start with, in my experience there is never a receptionist at Ilkley NHS Dentists. You could be on the phone for hours and I don't think you'd ever get through to them.
Several times I have had an appointment with my hygienist and it has been cancelled. It feels to me like they make up excuses and cancel appointments.
I had an appointment in the afternoon and I rang three times prior just to confirm my appointment was booked, only to get there and be told the hygienist was off on holiday.
The communication between them and their patients seems to be to be really poor and their level of service providing is nothing to look forward to.
