What I liked

Clean, tidy and fresh waiting area with very friendly staff always extremely helpful to everyone, people coming and going or standing not sure what to do. Prompt appointments or apologetic if slightly late. Excellent - what a hospital should be like

Anything else?

Compared to almost all the hospitals that I have been to - the best!
