What I liked

I stupidly broke my ankle and found myself at a busy Airedale A&E on a Sunday night. Triage was effective and I was even offered pain relief. Saw the doctor, had x-ray and had plaster put on all within a reasonable timeframe. Brought back to the fracture clinic the next day to see the orthopaedic surgeon and for further x-ray and new pot and have continued to be reviewed. I was more than happy with the service from all departments i.e. A&E, x-ray, the potting room and out-patients. As a nurse who works elsewhere I am delighted to say I have no complaints about the service received - well done!
