"I arrived to the radiology department..."

What I liked

I arrived to the radiology department for a simple x-ray (walk-in) and was very promptly seen. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Nice and helpful staff.

What could be improved

The fact that it then takes 7 working days (give or take) for the xrays to reach the GP?!!

Anything else?

Please review how the procedure goes from x-ray to radiologist to gp... can the time be improved?? Yes. I've seen it quicker in other countries' health services (the equivalent of the NHS). It can be done on the same day.
