"I visited my sister on C6 on Sunday 26th..."

About: North Manchester General Hospital

What I liked

I visited my sister on C6 on Sunday 26th August, the staff sister was so kind and helpful; however, the same could not be said of the auxilliary nurse on duty. I felt that she was very sharp with some of the patients and abrupt with the visitors.

What could be improved

The ward was very crowded and I felt not very clean.

The disable toilet on the floor below was so dirty I felt I had to wipe my feet on the way out!!

Anything else?

I thought the general hospital near where I live has a poor cleaning regime, after my visit to your hospital the JR in Oxford is like a palace!.
