What I liked
Minor injuries Department at Orsett was fantastic. Seen, x-rayed and treated very quickly by friendly, competent staff. Would go there rather than Queens anyday. When the NHS works it works well!
What could be improved
Waiting for a referal from the SHO at Basildon didn't come back with an answer to my refereral so had to go home and as it was Bank holiday wont hear until Tuesday.
Anything else?
Staff were lovely.
