What I liked

The doctor was represented as a consultant and he was a clinical assistant. I was not examined, yet a procedure was initiated (paperwork started), confirmation in writing was littered with errors. Resolution and correction of the errors is still ongoing.

On top of that the procedure was to be done by someone I would not meet beforehand and he/she would be working from incorrect notes.

What could be improved

Correct information to be taken. Errors rectified quickly. Less people involved in everything.

Meeting the person who is going to do the procedure way ahead of the day it is going to happen.

Anything else?

I think the therapeutic outcome and the consensus with the patient is totally missing.

The sad thing is that the will to correct things is very limited.
