Following a stroke which affected my vision mainly, but also interacting was slowed down. I, upon release from hospital was visited by the intermediary team, Liz and Erica, in my own home.
They were a God send in building my confidence backup and arranging for Aids to help me back to independence as opposed to the hospital which I found very traumatic
