Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of Conifer House. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced long waiting times whilst in Conifer House. We are aware that it is a busy walk-in clinic and unfortunately we are unable to predict how long people may be waiting. We are making efforts to improve communication around waiting times. As a result of Patient Opinion posts, we have started to write waiting times on the white board in the waiting areas of Conifer House. Staff within the service are also currently working hard to develop improved systems that allow staff to stream patients within the clinics with the aim of reducing waiting times. Any other suggestions that may help to make your wait more comfortable are welcomed. We do provide sexual health services in other areas of Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.
