What I liked

Not a lot + one rude member of staff being above their station had to be over ruled by higher member of staff on one visit red faced they were then so why do it once you are given the ok to see your loved ones by the engine driver that should be that why let the oil rags tell you other wise to much jobs worth here like I am in charge well you were not that day

What could be improved

Being more understanding of the family of the patient and talking to them and stop trying to get back at them when they are up set enough + our incoming phone calls to our loved ones cut short in a very rude manner by some members of staff the jobs worth ones adding their own bit ,, its not wanted

Anything else?

Yes if you can stay clear of the place at all costs as trying to get a loved one back out is almost impossible
