i was impressed with every aspect of my visit to the hospital. Every member of staff we encountered was pleasant and the care I received was excellent.

Anything else?

Because of problems with the North Cumbria NHS Trust, my husband and I had to travel from Workington, Cumbria, to Ormskirk for my appointment - a round trip of 250 miles.

While we would rather not have travelled such a distance, I am glad we did as the whole experience was a good one.
