What could be improved

I took my 2 year old son to his outpatients appointment today. I arrived in plenty of time, but was unable to park my car despite spending an hour driving around the car park and surrounding roads looking for suitable place. As a result, I had to telephone the reception and cancel our appointment. So frustrating, as were sitting outside in the car looking at the department yet unable to get inside. As my child is sick, there is no way I'd bring him by public transport.

For patients to be unable to access healthcare due to inadequate parking facilities is a disgrace and a complete waste of resources.
