What I liked

I have a very bad experience with the Dental department. The waiting time to see the only dentist is always more than 1 hour even there is no patient waiting before you. I had my teeth repaired,after waiting 6 months because of lack of equipment, and the job was so bad done that I needed to go to another dentist who couldn't believe what they had done. My new dentist needs to repair now the damage. Not to talk about the pain and wasted NHS money. Complaining at PALS at Royal Free is a waste of time.First hand experience.Even PALS never answers calls. I always have an answering machine because they are too busy,that says enough about the hospital.

Dental department needs urgent some upgrading in staff and equipment.

What could be improved

Waiting time,staff and equipment.
