What I liked
It is calm, welcoming, cares about its patients and staff by providing a great environment so different from the usual hospital one: plants, good tea shop with a choice of teas, good cafe, I find it a treat to wait in the pharmacy and look at the fabulous products on sale. I am treated here as a whole by a very lovely and personable doctor who understands and listens.
