What I liked

I was fully consulted and informed every step of the way. All staff with whom I came into contact were totally professional, caring and couldn't do enough to help. The operation itself appears to have been a major success so greatly enhancing my quality of life.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

I must admit that this was my second visit to CHH for surgery (wards 8/9 about two years ago and ward 16 last month) and would make the above comments with regard to both visits. I cannot praise the hospital and it's staff sufficiently. I would recomend not only the hospital but also the excellent staff to anyone.
