What I liked

From the moment my daughter was admitted, we received excellent care. what struck me the most was how incredibly hard the staff work, we were kept informed about everything and I really cannot praise everybody on ward 78 enough, from the play person to the very kind auxilleries, ultra efficient nurses and surgeons and our oncologist all complete your duties with a smile and a kind word sometimes in very difficult circumstances, My family will never forget any of you and what you did for us during our stay especially our 4 year old daughter X

What could be improved

My only critisicm of the care was the amount of time she was nil by mouth, I know this is neccesary but think the radiology dept needs to keep in touch with the wards more, so if scans are cancelled the patient can eat and drink.
