What could be improved

I haven't actually yet made it as far as the hospital - I'm still waiting for an appointment!! I was referred by my GP to King's College Hospital (who were useless) and the consultant at KCH referred me to the NHNN - this was in January this year so its now been over 7 months. I had to ring to change my address with them when i moved house and it took me over a week of calling twice a day before i eventually got through - they almost never answer their phones! and then when i did get through they kept putting me on hold every couple of minutes for about 5 minutes each time. The person on the phone came across very blunt and was unable to give me any guidance as to when i will eventually receive an appointment. Bet if i went private I'd be able to see the doctor straight away. Not happy at all!
