My complaint is about the car parking charges. I realise that all hospitals charge but it is annoying that in an afternoon you are only allowed to visit for 1 hour but you have to pay for 4 hours car parking AND if you visit again in the evening you have to pay again. Surely a system could be devised so that visitors can pay by the hour!! It seems that the 4 hours charge is so that people have to pay twice!

Also the television and phone charges are extortionate
