Having had bad experiences of hospitals in the past, I was quite frankly a bit frightened at having to attend the orthopaedic outpatient department at Perth Royal Infirmary to see the consultant about a hip problem.

Just wanted to say that everyone I had contact with during my visit to that department, from receptionist to nursing staff and the consultant himself were all very nice to my husband and myself and I felt went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with all aspects of the appointment.
