What I liked

i was on surgical day care, sat in a waiting room from 12 noon till going to theatre at 5,long day eh but i was treated well at all times the staff were freindly and put me at ease anethetist took time to explain everything.Unfortunately i was unable to come home after surgery and was transferred to ward 10,again the staff made me comfy infomed my family and treated me kindly,thank you to everyone involved in my care i was only there till the following morning but i would never worry again about going into hospital thanks everyone

What could be improved

the time sat waiting in day surgery if possible i was very nervous after waiting from 12noon till 5pmpleasantly surprised
