"The parking was good."

What I liked

The parking was good.

What could be improved

The staff I found to be too busy to actually 'care'. They kept my nan alive during her visit, but she seemed to regress whilst in hospital. By the time she had got to the cottage hospital, having been transferred from epsom general and also St Helier before that, she had all but given up. After less than a week in a residential home the difference was marked, and It looked like the nan I knew was back. The staff were very good at calling me to harass me to collect faeces laden washing but failed to notify me when Nan had a fall or when she was actually transferred to a residential home. By sheer chance I found out from another source, that my nan had infact left the cottage hospital. Very poor communication. I found the staff to be disinterested and irritated by my nan's presence. Such a shame.

Anything else?

I was very disappointed to hear that other visitors were also being harassed to take my nan's faeces laden laundry home with them. These were visitors that were not even related to her. If the staff had put as much effort into my nan's wellbeing as they did with the obsession of faeces laden laundry, my nan might have actually benefited from her stay. I hope she never has to go back there. Just Awful.
