"My husband was admitted to Ward H1..."

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

What I liked

My husband was admitted to Ward H1 twice this year and sadly died there at the beginning of July. He made me promise to let you know how much he, and I ,appreciated the care he had there. The care of all the staff, from cleaners to consultants, couldn't have been better. He felt looked after and among friends. I am really grateful that his last hours were as comfortable as possible and thank the staff for their kindness to me when he died.
