What could be improved
My 87 year old father has just had his cataract operation cancelled for the second time in a fortnight. Each time he gets himself psyched up to go in for the operation and then he gets a phone call the day before from the hospital to tell him that it has been cancelled.
Perhaps the hospital administrators could think about what sort of stress they are causing to elderly patients by treating them this way.
