"The staff were exceptionally friendly..."

What I liked

The staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding. Made me feel welcome and never a burden. Reasonable communication when keeping me up to date on progress. I felt I could ask at any time without being seen as a nuisance.

What could be improved

I have one issue with one particular doctor but I am dealing with this direct with them to ensure a good ongoing relationship.

Food was good when considering it is mass catering and has to be brought to the ward. Only drawback is having 'supper' served at 6pm and nothing then til breakfast around 8am. When recovering from stomach problems, a little and more often is easier to take. Difficult to plan on such a large scale, I appreciate

Anything else?

Better signposting to find the wards! The ward I was along a corridor off the main corridor but the sign is flat on the wall with an arrow pointing to the ceiling (I think it meant go through these doors and along this corridor) and I walked past twice before I noticed it.
