What I liked
I visited the Childrens Emergency Department with my nine month old son. The attitude and treatment by the Junior Doctor was terrible. There is absolutely nothing I liked about the department and if in future I have cause to take my son to an A&E Department, I will certainly consider taking him to a hospital slightly further away in the hope of receiving better treatment.
We were sent away without any treatment and had to attend a different hospital the following day to resolve the problem.
A complaint of incompetence and negligence is being made to the NHS Trust.

Provides incorrect information
Careless comments
No consideration for feelings of parents
