What I liked
The paediatric nurse was outstanding.
They were treating my daughter. The paediatric nurse's understanding of my daughter's medication and condition were extremely good and their ability to relax my daughter excellent.
What could be improved
Reception is/was staffed by volunteers. I sympathise with their difficulties, and I think we are all grateful for the time they give. But their knowledge of the hospital and its services was not good. Shouldn't the hospital have paid staff (at least one paid staff member) who could be expected to be an expert in the role on reception?
