"Out of hours GP did not examine my mother"

(as a relative),

We had to call the out of hours GP to my mother who was ill. The GP did not examine my mother and when her own GP visited her the next day examined her and admitted her to hospital. She was really poorly. Her GP has now written with their concerns about the care she was given.

I am sorry that the care your mother recieved did not meet your expectations.
