(as the patient),

I was referred by my GP to be seen quickly. I was called within 2 days and my appointment was for the next day.

I arrived 15 minutes early and was attended to immediately. I had 4 different procedures done and saw the doctor in 2 hours. Nurses were caring, friendly and hard working. I was checked on regularly while I was waiting and kept informed as to what was happening.

Have recently moved out of this area but will be moving back after a dreadful experience with another hospital in the next borough. Top marks to Russells Hall!
