I was so impressed with the excellent standards of care for my Mother (and all the patients) due to the outstanding commitment to their patients' wellbeing and peace of mind. Throughout the hospital there is a tangible atmosphere of team effort for the benefit of the patient. Thank you to all of your staff.

(Our stay was on the short stay ward but this comment applies to others as well, including the meal lady, reception desk and discharge nurse.)

On behalf of the Heart hospital, it is very encouraging to read about the high quality of care your mother received at the Heart Hospital from all different groups of staff. Your comments have been disseminated to the short stay ward but also passed onto the other areas you mentioned. Many thanks for taking the time to tell us about your positive experience.
