"I attended a hysteroscopy clinic, and..."

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

What I liked

I attended a hysteroscopy clinic, and was very nervous about undergoing the procedure. However, it wasn't as bad as I expected. It is never pleasant having anything like that done, but the consultant and both nurses were excellent. They were very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained at each stage, and I came away knowing exactly what had been done and what I needed to do regarding future care / appointments, etc. I was even given a cup of tea before leaving. I was impressed by the care and service I recevied.

Anything else?

All staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful, from receptionists to nurses and doctor.
