What I liked

Was brought by ambulance to Northern General having never attended the hospital before. The ambulance staff were wonderful and went out of the way to maintain dignity and handover information quickly and accurately. Was seen and assessed quickly by friendly, assuring and respectful staff who kept me up to date throughout the day with tests and possible outcomes. They took time out to ensure that family recieved an update and also spent extra time with me to clean away the blood from my initial injury and ensure I was comfortable. Thank you all so much!

What could be improved

Only possible way things could have been improved was that on being discharged it was difficult to work out how to leave the hospital and I was left a bit disorientated, but quickly followed the herd and appreciated the availability of an ATM next to the Taxi rank!
