What I liked

During my stay I was completely ignored. The staff failed to pick up on me aspirating and having a UTI, I also had pneumonia. This was discovered the day following discharge after I'd been readmitted to another hospital. I was ignored and spoken over due to the fact I am disabled.

I will hopefully never have to return to this hospital. Most dreadful place.

What could be improved

Cleanliness, staff willing to listen, testing in response to symptoms and bothering to care.

Anything else?

The Royal and Whiston are so much better.
